All product prices listed on our website are inclusive of standard shipping charges. The amount shown at checkout is the final payable amount, with no additional shipping fees or hidden charges added during checkout

We offer standard shipping across India.
Estimated delivery window :- 3 - 7 business days from the date of dispatch may extend to 10 days.

courier network traffic,

remote or non-serviceable locations,

unexpected operational delays.
We do not currently offer international shipping.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

Tracking information may take a few hours to activate after dispatch.
Shipping Partners
We work with multiple logistics partners to ensure wide coverage and reliability.
Courier allocation depends on serviceability for your pincode.
We reserve the right to change or assign courier partners at our discretion
Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Please ensure that details are entered correctly while placing the order.
If your order returns to us due to incorrect or incomplete address, unreachable/incorrect phone number, or undeliverable location, we will contact you for re-shipping.
Re-shipping charges may apply in such situations
Delays Beyond Our Control
Next Footwear Ventures is not liable for delays caused by:

courier operational issues.

weather or natural calamities.
-
strikes, lockdowns, or political disruptions.
-
unforeseen logistics failures.
-
high festival load.
We will assist in tracking your order, but the final delivery speed depends on the courier.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Shipments
A. Packages Marked as “Delivered” but Not Received
If a courier marks your package as delivered but you haven’t received it:

Confirm with neighbours/security/household members

Check if someone accepted it on your behalf

Contact us within 48 hours
We will raise a complaint with the courier.
Courier investigations usually take 5–10 business days.
Refunds or replacements will be processed only after the courier closes the investigation and confirms non-delivery.
B. Package Lost in Transit
If a shipment is officially classified as lost by the courier partner, we will provide:

a free replacement, or
-
a full refund (depending on your preference and product availability).
C. Products Damaged in Transit
If your product arrives damaged:

Record an unboxing video (highly recommended; often required for courier claims)

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

We will inspect and resolve via replacement or refund as per our Refund Policy
Physical damage caused after delivery is not eligible.
Delivery Attempts
Couriers typically make 2–3 delivery attempts.
Your order may be returned to us if:

the delivery person cannot reach you

the pincode is unserviceable
-
repeated attempts fail
-
you refuse delivery
If returned due to non-availability or refusal, forward shipping + reverse shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.
Delivery to Remote or Non-Serviceable Locations
In rare cases:

delivery timelines may extend beyond 7 days

delivery may not be possible

additional charges may apply
If your location is completely unserviceable, your order will be cancelled and fully refunded.
Change of Delivery Address
Address changes are possible only before dispatch.
Once shipped, courier redirection is not guaranteed and depends on the courier partner’s policy
Customer Responsibility
You are responsible for:

ensuring someone is available to receive the package,

responding to courier calls/SMS,

collecting shipments assigned to you.
Failure to comply may lead to return charges.
