Refund, Return, Exchange & Replacement Policy
At Next Footwear Ventures, we design our policies to be fair, transparent, and simple. Please read the scenarios below carefully to understand how returns, exchanges, replacements, and refunds work.
Eligibility (Applies to All Scenarios)
A product will be eligible only if:

It is unused and unworn

Original tags are intact

Returned in the original shoe box and packaging, in resalable condition

No signs of wear, dirt, odor, creasing, or damage

Request is raised within 10 days of receipt of the product.
Exception: Box condition requirements do not apply in cases of transit damage or manufacturing defects.
Unboxing / Opening Video (Strongly Recommended)
We strongly recommend recording a clear unboxing/opening video / in-hand all angles video of the pair.
This helps in:

Faster verification of manufacturing defects, transit damage, missing or incorrect items
- Confirming product is in resalable condition in case of size exchanges or refunds of any case

Quick initiation of exchange, replacement, or refund requests

Using the same video as a testimonial or review if the product fits well and you are satisfied
While not mandatory, the absence of a video may limit our ability to process certain claims.
Refunds
Refunds are available in select cases and are processed only after it passes eligibility criteria and inspection.

Shipping charges are non-refundable

Refund will be calculated as:
Product price − outward shipping charges.
Special Cases

If replacement is not available for a defective or damaged product, a full refund will be issued

Orders cancelled before dispatch are eligible for a full refund
Refunds are initiated to the original payment method within 1 - 2 business days of verification at our facility.
Exchange (Size Exchange Only)

The size selected does not fit as expected and requested exchange size is available in stock.
Shipping Responsibility

Free exchange - Exchange would be facilitated for no cost.
If Size Is Unavailable

The case will be treated as a return & full refund will be issued back to customer.
Wrong Size Shipped by Us

Exchange will be processed free of cost

If replacement is unavailable, a full refund will be issued
Color exchanges are not supported, as each design is available in a single color.
